I am going to break it down into a few things…
You must have Why Goal
Its not enough to have a want, you need to understand your why and focus on the reason that caused you to type “How to lose weight” in the first place.
At the end of the day, this reason is the 1 thing you need to focus on to keep you motivated in times that you don’t feel like doing the thing that will keep you slim.

Having an emotional why is the key to any kind of long term success. A lot of my clients are men and women over 40 and 5 who want to lose weight. They have usually had some kind of health scare and are desperate to make a lifestyle change. These are usually the successful ones because their why is very powerful. Its matter of life and death.
You must introduce better Habits
You must introduce these better habits because behaviours are the thing that will help you lose weight. Sleep, exercise and Nutrition are the main things I would look at.
You may feel too tired to exercise and prepare meals, so in that case get into the habit of going to bed earlier, turning off your devices and practice relaxing. Then you will feel more energised which will help you work out and eat better.

Get your energy balance in check
Weight- loss is simply energy balance, if you eat more calories that you burn you will lose weight, in most cases all you need to do is decrease your calorie intake, either by food or exercise output by 200 cals. Take Action and Be consistent
This seems obvious but without action you will not get anywhere. Pick just one thing, and keep practicing that behaviour. Its like a domino, once you knock the first one over the second will fall easier. Then you must keep practicing and practicing and be patient! There is no quick fix, it didn’t take you 4 weeks to put weight on and it won’t take you 4 weeks to lose it.
Remember to Start Afresh, because if you don’t make a change today, how will tomorrow be any different.
